Isolated Jewellery Returns Policy

At Isolated Jewellery, we want you to love your pieces. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer store credit for returns, subject to the conditions below.

Returns Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• Jewelry must be unworn, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

• Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

• Items marked as final sale are non-returnable.

• Returns are issued as store credit only - no cash refunds.

How to Return

1. Email us at info@isolatedjewellery.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.

2. We’ll provide return instructions - please note return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility, all items must be shipped using "Tracked and  Signed for" delivery. Any shipment that is not sent Tracked and  Signed for, cannot be processed.

3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue store credit in the form of a gift card or discount code within 5 business days.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
